Nursing Assistant

Perform advanced nursing assistant duties for patients of all ages in accordance with education, experience, and professional nurse supervision. Assist with the admission and screening of patients, take vitals, perform in labor pool functions that include running medications to patients and directing patients to appropriate locations. To qualify for this position, your resume must state sufficient experience and/or education, to perform the duties of the specific position for which you are applying. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer and part time experience. Minimum Qualifications for GS-04:
6 Months of General Experience and 6 Months of Specialized Experience OR 2 Years of Education above the High School Level with courses related to the occupation. General Experience is defined as any type of work that demonstrates the applicant's ability to perform the work of the position, or experience that provided a familiarity with the subject matter or processes of the broad subject area of the occupation. Specialized Experience is defined as experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. Examples include:

Time In Grade Federal employees in the competitive service are also subject to the Time-In-Grade Requirements:
Merit Promotion (status) candidates must have completed one year of service at the next lower grade level. Time-In-Grade provisions do not apply under the Excepted Service Examining Plan (ESEP). You must meet all qualification requirements within 30 days of the closing date of the announcement.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
